CyPanBase is the first comprehensive pan-genome database for Cyprinus carpio, developed using over 500 Gb of whole-genome resequencing data from 38 genetically diverse accessions. The platform integrates pan-genome assemblies, non-reference genomic sequences, gene presence-absence variation (PAV), functional annotations, accession metadata, and an interactive JBrowse genome browser.
CyPanBase enables researchers to search genes, explore genomic variation, visualize reference and non-reference genomic regions, and download curated datasets for comparative genomics, evolutionary studies, and molecular breeding.
